Marital Therapy

Marital therapy becomes necessary when conflicts in the marital relationship become so prolonged or so overwhelming that effective communication can no longer occur. This can include chronic misunderstanding of your partner, addictions, infidelity, divorce, and parenting differences, and so on. The therapist is a neutral empathic listener who finds value in each person’s perspective and facilitates the expression of this viewpoint so that it can truly be heard and understood by the other.
